What types of pets do you see?
We see only dogs and cats. We will see pocket pets and birds for euthanasia,
Do I need to make an appointment?
No. We are a walk-in clinic only. We do ask that you call before you come so we are prepared for your pet.
Is there a veterinarian there now?
We have a veterinarian on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Holidays are no exception.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, verified checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and Care Credit
Do you offer any type of payment plans?
Payment is expected at the time of service. We do offer Care Credit, which allows you to make no interest, monthly payments.

Do you have access to my pet’s medical records at his or her primary veterinarian?
No, we only have medical records for animals seen at our facility.
Can I call for advice when my family vet is closed?
We welcome calls about your pet’s health. If there is concern about his or her condition, we may advise you to bring your pet in for an exam. We cannot diagnose health conditions over the phone.
